Blonder is better With a cast of incredibly talented local performers, Legally Blonde the Musical will light up the Civic Theatre stage from 7 November. Based on the popular movie, the musical tells the story of Elle Woods as she discovers her true self in a fun adventure undercut with the core values of friendship, hard work and shining integrity. Starring in the theatre’s community production are Michelle Brasier as Elle and Brent Dolahenty as Emmett. Michelle and Brent are now based in Melbourne and Sydney respectively, but will always call Wagga home. The show is the latest in the evolving list of quality shows produced by the Civic Theatre, including Les
Miserables, The 25th Putnam County Spelling Bee, The Boy from Oz, My Fair Lady, Oliver and Away. The season of Legally Blonde opens on Saturday 7 November with nine performances, including matinees.
