Bathory said he is talking about his flirtation with the afterlife because the new Five Finger Death Punch album, “AfterLife,” deals in part with this unique experience he and Moody share.
“Judgment Day,” and Moody wrote the lyrics. With that, all 10 songs were done and “AfterLife” was ready to be the ninth studio album from this arena-filling hard rock/ heavy metal band – seven of which have gone gold or platinum.NowFive Finger Death Punch, which includes Bathory, Moody, bassist Chris Kael, drummer Charlie Engen and lead guitarist Andy James, have begun the touring cycle for “AfterLife.” The band is bringing out a visually elaborate show that’s their biggest production yet. Bathory said fans can expect the hits, but won’t hear many of the new songs just yet.

We’re born and we die at some point, and I would think the in between is sequential. So we are tied to this timeline and that’s how we think. And in the process of death, that goes away. Somehow time stops...It’s almost like your mind goes up from 10 percent to 100 percent activity and you can remember everything you ever thought at the same time.

“When you put in new stuff that people are not familiar with, it changes the vibe (of the show),” he said. “That sort of puts a break into the set. That moment everybody stops. They can’t sing along because they don’t know the song and they have to kind of watch what it is. So you can put in new songs, but you have to be careful and you have to be very smart where you put them in the set.”
Five Finger Death Punch guitarist and founding member Zoltan Bathory identifies with his singer. For the first time he’s revealing that he, too, has died and been brought back to life.

“I just plowed into the truck,” Bathory said. “The next thing that happened is I heard an explosion or I thought I heard an explosion...I spent some time trying to find it. And at first I noticed, I can look behind a wall and I can look behind a bush.
‘Oh my God, he’s alive!’ I’m like ‘OK,’ and believe it or not, I grabbed my bike, all of the people were trying to take me to the hospital, but I grabbed my bike and I took off…I just went home.” Bathory, who said hehas had a second similar experience as an adult, described in considerable detail the feelings he had during his encounter with“Whendeath.you have a neardeath experience, a really bizarre thing happens. First and foremost, you’re aware of you’re dying,” Bathory explained. “The resolution

“You realize in themoment that everything you ever heard or looked at wasn’t real. It wasn’t real because everything that you see, you’re not actually seeing that. It’s a proton, basically, that impacts your retina. So it becomes electronic information. It travels in your neuro path, in your brain, and your brain will interpret that. It will paint a picture. That’s a scary moment because at that moment you start questioning if anything is real and if you’re alone completely,” Bathory said. “And I wanted to put that in

Prostate cancer is one of the most prevalent cancers in American men. Fortunately, detecting it early through regular exams may be beneficial. Age, heredity and ethnicity play a role, as African-Americans, men in their 60s, and men with close relatives who have had prostate cancer are more likely to develop the disease. We offer comprehensive prostate cancer screenings, as well as advanced treatment options including minimally invasive surgical techniques, radiation therapy and clinical trials, if cancer is detected.
