now available to purchase! lsc.org/buy-tickets Reopening to the general public Sept. 5 - 7, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm (members can join us for an exclusive members only day on Sept. 4 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm). LSC reopening comes with new safety protocols, as well as new and returning adventures for the whole family. Soar through space in one of their new planetarium presentations. Explore the world of Angry Birds in Angry Birds Universe, and discover wild animals in Wild Kratts: Creature Power!—exhibitions that are back by popular demand. Visit their animals (they’ve missed you!) including the naked mole rats, cotton-top tamarin monkeys, and dozens more. Don’t forget to check out our new programs, like

Boom Time! Join as they show off controlled explosions several times throughout the day. All the action takes place in LSC one-of-a-kind, 57-squarefoot movable safe room made of polycarbonate walls (the same material used for bullet-proofing). Experience the excitement of liquid nitrogen explosions as they blow up things like watermelons, bouncy balls, pumpkins, and more. Advance tickets are strongly recommended, for both members and non-members. LSC ask that guests purchase tickets online at lsc.org/ buy-tickets or by calling 201.253.1310. MARCUS & MILLICHAP ARRANGES THE SALE OF 66-APARTMENT UNITS IN JERSEY CITY

Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), announced last month the sale of a portfolio of 57 units in Journal Square, as well as a 7 unit building in McGinley Square. This totals 64 units in Jersey City NJ, all properties within walking distance from great transit routes to NYC, sold for a total of $10,955,000 at an average $171,171 price per unit, according to James McGuckin, regional manager of the firm’s

New Jersey office. “We continue to see increased demand from both local and out of market investors looking for opportunities throughout Jersey City due to its close proximity to New York City, continued rental growth, and new developments. Our process and long-term relationships gave us the ability to get the deals across the finish line during the pandemic,” said Fahri Ozturk.

Fahri Ozturk, Richard D. Gatto and David Ferber, investment sale specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s New Jersey office, completed the sales of 88-94 Tonnelle Ave, 618-620 Summit Ave both in Journal Square and 68 Clifton Place in McGinley Square. Jersey City has earned a reputation as a city with ideal regional connectivity due to accessible public transportation. The successful public t

ransportation system has sparked new development opportunities in the city as several nearby apartment complexes have been completed and are under construction. The new supply speaks to the value of the location and should continue to drive the local economy, which will ultimately push rents. This marks Ozturk Gatto Group’s 127th transaction totaling $540 million dollars and 2,498 residential units.
