El Kitesurf o también llamado Flysurfing, es un deporte de desplazamiento que consiste en el uso de una cometa, que empuja al deportista con cuatro cuerdas, que está sujeto con un arnés, permitiéndole deslizarse sobre el agua mediante una tabla o esquí del tipo Wakeboard. Como no podía ser de otra manera el paraíso cuenta con excelentes lugares para la práctica del KITESURF. Playas muy extensas y excelentes vientos, y ni hablar del azul mar, que tiene nuestra región, es como hacer KITESURF en el cielo. Para comenzar con este deporte los expertos recomiendan hacer un curso donde se enseña, los componentes del equipo necesarios y sus cuidados. Ya que se trata de un deporte de riesgo, es necesario al menos unas normas básicas de seguridad y procedimientos de rescate que permitirán resolver situaciones de rotura de material, caída de la cometa, etc. En un curso de iniciación, normalmente hay una parte teórica de seguridad, ventana de vuelo, etc. y otra parte práctica, que comienza en la arena con una cometa de iniciación, donde se toma contacto con la fuerza de la cometa en las distintas posiciones de la ventana de vuelo y su comportamiento en función de la velocidad. Procedimiento para subir y bajar y suelta de la cometa. Se pasa posteriormente al agua y se practica el “bodydrag”, desplazamiento en el agua sin la tabla, esta técnica permite recuperar la tabla en el agua, después se practica el “waterstart” o salida con la tabla desde el agua.

EL GRITO DE MÉXICO The shout of Mèxico
El 15 de Septiembre en México se celebra el día del “Grito de Dolores” o “Grito de Independencia”. Por primera vez se realizó en la ciudad Dolores, Guanajuato a cargo del Cura Miguel Hidalgo, este suceso marca el inicio de la lucha por la independencia de México. La noche del 15 de Septiembre todos los mexicanos de todo el mundo se unen para dar el “Grito”. Algunas familias se juntan en sus casas para ver por televisión el mensaje oficial del Grito, que da el Presidente de La República utilizando la misma campana que usó el Cura Hidalgo; el evento es transmitido desde el zócalo de la Ciudad de México.
On September 15 in Mexico is celebrated the day of “Grito de Dolores” or “Shout of Independence”. The first time happen in the Dolores city, Guanajuato by the priest Miguel Hidalgo, this event marks the beginning of the struggle for the independence of Mèxico. The night of September 15 all Mexicans around the world come together to give the “Shout”. Some families gather in their houses to watch television coverage of the official message of the Scream, which is given by the President of the Republic using the same bell that Father Hidalgo used. The event is transmitted from the “zócalo” in México City.

En el centro de cada ciudad la gente se reúne frente al Palacio de Gobierno, esperan hasta las 11:00 p.m. para dar el Grito junto con el representante del Gobierno de la ciudad; esto se hace gritando “Viva Hidalgo, Viva Morelos, Vivan los héroes de la independencia, Viva México” y al mismo tiempo ondeando la bandera de México. Luego se queman fuegos artificiales y comienza toda una fiesta. Después del Grito, en muchos lugares hay celebraciones populares, donde se comen y venden los platillos típicos mexicanos como quesadillas , “gorditas”, molotes, mole, tostadas, pozole, chalupas, buñuelos bañados con miel, y muchos otros antojitos mexicanos; acompañados de bebidas mexicanas como el tequila y el pulque. La noche es amenizada por la música de los mariachis y la banda. Así es como se celebra la Independencia de México, una fiesta muy importante para todos nosotros los mexicanos.

In the downtown of each city people gather outside the Palace of Government, waiting until 11:00 pm for screaming along with the representative of city government, that is shouting “Viva Hidalgo, Viva Morelos, Vivan los heroes de la independencia, Viva México” while wave the flag of Mèxico. Then fireworks are burnt, an the party begins. After Scream, in many places there are folk celebrations, where they eat and sell the typical Mexican dishes such as ¨quesadillas, gorditas, molotes, mole, tostadas, pozole, chalupa (boats), donuts dipped in honey, and many other Mexican dishes, accompanied by Mexican beverages such as tequila and pulque. The night is enlivened by music and mariachi band.
