Un fraccionamiento integral contemporáneo moderno. El Fraccionamiento Bambú se encuentra ubicado en Playa del Carmen, Municipio de So¬lidaridad. Q. Roo., dentro del desarrollo urbano-residencial “La Joya”. Es de fácil acceso por la carretera federal Cancún-Tulum y lo más importante, a un costado del “Arco Vial”. The fractionation Bambú is located in Playa del Carmen, Municipio de Solidaridad. Q. Roo., within the urban-residential development “La Joya”. It is easily accesible by the Federal highway Cancun-Tulum and more importantly, next to the “Arco Vial”. Bambú Residential is composed of 64 residential lots spread over one main road. The development has green areas and recreational areas, common areas with pool, security gate with only access and security 24 Hrs.
El complejo esta rodeado por una banda perimetral de 2.80 mts. de altura y espejos de agua bordeados con concreto aparente y fondo con piedra de río. Bambú cuenta con una ubicación privilegiada, por su cercanía a centros comerciales y desarrollos de alto nivel residencial. El único acceso al desarrollo esta orientado al sureste del complejo. “Ha sido creado para guardar una arquitectura contemporánea moderna”. Se busca uniformidad en los colores creando un ambiente monocromático, utilizando como acentos en sus volumetrías, piedras naturales de la región con la propuesta de uso de vegetación por su estética y a su vez como amortiguador ambiental.
