In the RJO office, this season marks a pivotal time as we transition from wrapping up our last show to gearing up for what’s ahead This new show pattern gives our staff a quick turnaround to start planning for Schaumburg but we are up to the challenge and ready to Shimmer and Shine in Schaumburg with all of you.

THE MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM:
This 2.5-day immersive boot camp is designed to strengthen management skills and leadership within RJO stores. The Management Development Program is ideal for those who have at least one year ' s experience in the industry and aspire to grow into management roles This program is also designed for current managers who are looking to refine and sharpen their skills, as well as store owners seeking a deeper understanding of effective leadership.
Cost: $1,495/attendee*
Dates: September 22 - 25, 2025
Location: Hyatt Lodge, Oak Brook Chicago

This show is going to pack a punch and shine with all your favorites We are bringing back the RJO Foundation Bags (Cornhole) Tournament AND the Bench Jeweler Experience, as well as the quality education, top-notch vendor partners and incredible networking events you have come to know and love Its going to be a great show and we can’t wait to see you there!
This four-day course will take place November 4th - 7th at the Jewelers Mutual Campus in in Neenah, Wisconsin Plan to arrive on November 3rd.

Applications are now being accepted for the RJO Foundation Spring 2025 Scholarships! Both members and vendors can apply for scholarship funds Scholarship funds can be used for continuing education opportunities including GIA coursework and the Management Development Program

PAPERLESS STATEMENTS
RJO is excited to launch the option of paperless monthly statements. In development for the past year, this has been a goal of your Board of Directors to help reduce postage fees as well as our imprint on the environment.
This option is for any member who would prefer to receive their statements electronically via email, rather than via the USPS. And it’s simple to opt in:
Login to the RJO website
Select the Invoicing Tool from the Account Dropdown
Select the Statement Preferences box at the top of your statement window
Enter the email or emails you would like to receive the statement You can enter more than one email by placing a comma or semi-colon between the addresses Once submitted, our Accounts Receivable Manager will update your account to paperless.
When we process statements each month, an email is generated and sent to those who have selected to receive paperless statements. It will include your current and dating statement and any statement stuffers for that month.
