Add your ingredients and liquid, then ensure that the lid is locked securely before placing on your hob. 2. The visual pressure indicator will rise when the cooker reaches optimum pressure at which point a small amount of steam should be released. Reduce the heat and continue to cook according to your recipe instructions. 3. Before removing the lid, wait for the visual pressure indicator to fall, showing that the pressure has been released and the lid is safe to remove.

An Intro to One Touch Pressure Cookers Built to last...

Faster and easier to handle, One-Touch pressure cookers feature a removable digital timer for cooking accuracy as well as a uniquely designed one-touch handle for ease of use. With a single pressure setting of 11.6psi/80kPa, One-Touch pressure cookers also feature two visual pressure indicators showing you not only when the cooker has reached pressure but when the optimum pressure is reached. Removable Adjustable Digital Timer The removable timer allows you to accurately follow recipes to the second without worrying about cooking times.

Pressure Indicator Once the pressure cooker has reached its working pressure, the pressure indicator will rise to show one line.

One Touch Lid Opening Mechanism Unique â&#x20AC;&#x2DC;twistâ&#x20AC;&#x2122; locking system allows you to remove the lid using only one hand.

Pressure Limiting Valve Once the required cooking pressure (80kPa) has been reached, the pressure limiting valve will rise and steam will escape continuously.

Stainless Steel Lid Locking Mechanism Twisting the unlock handle, separates the locked lid from the bowl.

Sealing Ring Forms a pressure-tight seal between the lid and the bowl of your Tower One Touch pressure cooker during cooking.

Stainless Steel Lip Large overhanging lip allows the lid to easily connect, interlock the lid ensuring safer cooking.

Stainless steel pressure cookers offer more cooking versatility thanks to two pressure settings of 14.5psi/100kPa and 8.7psi/60kPa. With the lower setting suited to more delicate ingredients like soft fruits and vegetables, the higher setting is perfect for cooking more substantial ingredients like meats or root vegetables giving you more control over the cooking process. Available in a range of capacities, stainless steel pressure cookers make it simple to create those family favourites. Safety Valve This will raise when the pressure reaches 4kPa, it will mantain pressure at a safe level.Beware of the steam escaping as this can scald.

Stay Cool Phenolic Side Handle Safe to handle and a compact size for easy storage, when not in use.

Pressure Limiting Valve Once the required cooking pressure (60/100kPa) has been reached, the pressure limiting valve will rise and steam will escape continuously.
