Roadies, prepare to roll in Northwest Arkansas! The Razorback Regional Greenway trail system runs for 42+ miles between Fayetteville and Bella Vista. It’s perfect for exploring the beauty of Northwest Arkansas on bicycle and suitable for all skill levels. Shared-use, off-road trails are plentiful.

PeopleForBikes ’ 2022 Best Places to Bike list has Northwest Arkansas ranked among the world's best places for cycling, citing above-average ratings for access to bike networks, as well as rankings in the top five bikeable cities for the US South region. Criteria for making the Best Places to Bike List include offering practical strategies to improve biking, such as youth engagement, network connectivity, and trail development.

Local organization Trailblazers + ETHIC (a merger between NWA Trailblazers and BikeNWA in 2021) focuses on initiatives that promote biking advocacy and education in cities across Northwest Arkansas with a particular focus on communities along the Razorback Greenway corridor. They support creation of a world-class network of recreational and active transportation infrastructure for all ages and abilities. Click here to learn more.

The Railyard Bike Park located in downtown Rogers features wall rides, whale tales, and concrete lips. The park is designed to accommodate riders of all different skill-levels, beginner to expert, and different types of bicycles, striders to full suspension bikes and dirt jumpers to BMX.

If you are excited about BMX (bicycle motocross) racing, you can find it in Northwest Arkansas. The area’s only track can be found inside Ward Nail Park in Lowell and is a family oriented facility providing a place for BMX racers and non-racers to enjoy the sport.
