ELECTION GUIDE Election Day November 6
T
here are five issues on the ballot this year. Issues one and two were referred to voters by the legislature. Issues three, four, and five were initiated acts that gathered the appropriate number of signatures required for placement on the ballot. There are seven contested races for the Arkansas State House of Representatives and one contested race for the Arkansas State Senate in Benton County this year. The RogersLowell Area Chamber of Commerce will host candidate forums for these races at 6:00 p.m. on October 4 and October 11. These forums will be held in the City Council Chambers downtown at Rogers City Hall. Early voting begins October 22 and Election Day is November 6.
