We say a fond farewell to our Maths Teacher, Mr Revi Nair who retired this week. Revi will certainly be missed by everyone at Lakes High and we have no doubt he will certainly enjoy spending more time with family and friends. All the very best to you Revi.
Last weekend Harry Durbin played in the NZ Maori Rugby League Rangatahi Tournament with his team Kotahitanga. They won the Under 17 division and Harry was named in the U17 tournament team. This team will represent NZ Maori in the Pasifika cup against other South Pacific teams including the likes of Tonga and Fiji. Well done and congratulations to Harry.

It’s really great to see all our teams playing so well and putting in the mahi to achieve some really solid scoring and great sportsmanship. Well done! (full details and pics pages 4 - 6).
This week it has been a celebration of non-teaching support staff. I want add a huge shout out to all of our nonteaching staff for the fantastic work that they do to keep our school running so smoothly. They form the backbone of our school and ensure that we can continue to do the best for our community. They are often the unrecognized heroes. Thank you.
Ngā mihi
