I am going to explain to you how to read nutritional value label so you can eat more healthily 1) Find a label that you want to read. 2) Find 100g column.

3) Look at the energy line tip : about 1500 kj is good.


4) Look at the fat total tip : under 10g is healthy.

5) Look at the sugars total tip : under 10g is healthy.


6) Look at the dietary fibre tip: over 5g is healthy. 7) Look at the sodium (salt) tip: under 400mg is healthy by Liam Taylor & Isitolo Hiliate
