Rocky Mountain District June Board Meeting Minutes This meeting ran from Thursday, June 9 to Saturday, June 11 at Regis University in Denver. It brought RMD newly appointed adult administrators, training for Lieutenant Governors, a DCON theme, goals for the year, and bonding of the District Board to be an effective team.

Thursday, June 9 Call to Order and Roll Call (3:40)  Everyone is present except for Riley Juenemann (D1), Krysta Couzi (D9), Chase Ramos (D12), Medhavi Goel (D15), and Colton Ortiz (K-Family Relations Chair)  Division 1 and 18 are vacant  Three new administrators: Dawn White, Maggie Weekly, and Ray Kepler Icebreaker (3:50)  Name, grade, school, something people don’t know about you, how you got involved in KC Executive Board Elections (4:00)  2 LTGs will be elected to serve on the executive board with the Governor, Secretary, Treasurer, Bulletin Editor, and Convention Chair  Candidates gave short speeches and board members voted with heads down  LTGs now on the Executive Board are Chase Ramos (D12) and Megan Curry (D5) Committees (4:25)  Explanation of Committees and group assignments  Committee planning time  Committees: Convention, Projects, K-Family Relations, Communications, Membership Growth and Reactivation, Executive and Protocols Dinner (5:30) Board Updates (7:00)  Every member talks to the rest of the board about what they have done so far Explanation of Monthly Report Forms (7:10)  LTGs have one form to fill out by the 1st of every month with an update of what they’ve Governor Chats (7:20)  Each board member has a private talk with the governor and secretary to ask questions and check in Friday, June 10 Breakfast (8:00) Reconvene (9:40)
