What I’ve Been Doing Hello Kreepy Key Clubbers! I hope you had an amazing month of October and Halloween. This past couple of months have been crazy non-stop, but I finally have some to turn my head back in the Key Club world and focus on everything related to helping others. I hope Trickor-Treat for UNICEF went well for all of you who did. Unfortunately for me, it didn’t work out so well, but don’t let it bum you out because there is going to be so many other opportunities for service projects this year!

Key Leader It was my first time at Key Leader this year and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had! I really encourage those of you who are not seniors to go next year! I met Sydney, who is the Lakewood Key Club president and she is super sweet. I’m so excited to meet all of you soon!

Key Club Week This is a week for Key Clubbers to show their school and community what our club is all about! This begins November 7-11th and each day of the week is something different. Post the days with #KeyClubWeek to see the other students like you doing the same thing as you around the world! The days are as follows:

Monday- “Show your K in every way”: deck out in your Key Club gear! Tuesday- “Kudos to the Key players”: Go around thanking everyone who has been a KEY influence in your life, especially for Key Club! Wednesday- “Dare to Care”: Take this day to support one of Key Club’s preferred charities! Thursday- “Random Acts of Kindness”: Spread happiness throughout your school and give everyone a hug or high five! Friday- “Connect the K’s”: Get in touch with your local K-Family clubs and team up for an event or project!

Advisor Appreciation On Friday, November 4th, make sure and thank your Key Club Advisor for everything they have done for you! They really make this club special, so make sure you make this day all about them!

Dues! Don’t forget that dues are due by December 1st! If you turned them in by November 1st then you have received an Early Bird Award! You send your dues to the Key Club International headquarters in Indiana, and you can find that address on the website!
