The Family of
Holland Fields Home: Battlefield, MO (Greene County) On February 4th, 2017, our daughter Holland was born unexpectedly 16 weeks early. She came into this world at only 1 lb. 4 oz., and our entire world was flipped upside down. We had no idea if she would survive through the night. Easily the most stressful time of our lives, for the next 152 days, our daughter grew stronger and healthier in the NICU. Over that time, we used the Ronald McDonald House to eat, rest and regroup. We were able to connect to other families and staff that were able to support each other through it all. The Ronald McDonald House really helped us hold it together during the most challenging five months of our lives.
