The ABCs of CBD

The grocery store, gas stations, even Amazon, all sell CBD. How do I know what is good quality? What is the big fuss? Does it REALLY work on pain, stress, and sleep? Isn’t it all just marijuana?

CBD (cannabidiol) products typically contain between 0%-0.3% THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) and are from a variety of the cannabis plant commonly known as hemp.
