S.M.E. In the current scenario, we are experiencing an oceanic change in the approach to business. As the key number of the organisation, our responsibility is to lead those changes towards our benefits. It requires fundamentally four things..... The vision & willingness as the head of the organisation. Focus beyond the limits. An updated team. Synchronized process.
It is observed that the head of the organisation has an awesome willingness but he / she experiences a peculiar barrier, “what if I am not present in my organization?” And......... We all know what happens then. All the excellent ideas, initiatives, plans go on a toss and we are back to the same routine. The other aspect is how will our team members grow? What can be their future path? How can we have them ‘inspired’ by their work & the organization they work in. And ultimately, the process that we design, define henly are to be impleted by our team members. It’s a win – win – win situation for our organization – we as ‘heads’ & the team as a whole.
Abstract - ELEVATE EACH ONE!-A RHINO initiative. This learning & development initiative reflects a culture of performance and commitment to service in an esteemed organization of GUJARAT state. It demonstrates how a dedicated management can design a training module and implement it effectively. It shares a 6 tyre Training module that ensures effectiveness of EACH EMPLOYEE in RHINOMACHINES. It prepares all the employees of RHINO as the BRAND AMBASSADOR of the organisation. It exhibits how, during each training & development session, needs and weak links are identified, an environment of sharing is created, structures are created, policies are formulated and corrective measures are taken immediately. Hence, training and development ensure a momentum with excellence in service. Cutting edge performance in the production sector is being provided ongoingly now. (I) INTRODUCTION (HEADING 1) We as RHINO machines are committed to creating leadership with integrity in the organization. For us, the learning & development initiative has two aspects. (a)Providing cutting – edge performance in the Production & service sector. (b)Preparing all the employees for the future and for the future positions.
We have designed & implemented a 6 – tyre approach. (1) The vertical heads (2) Core – team members (3) Team – Leaders (4) Sales team & Service engineers (5) Administrative & back office staff. (6) The grand staff Each of the layers, is trained once a month & elevated to fulfill on the vision, mission & values of the organization.

Training need analysis. Developing the objectives of training for each layer. Group discussion of key people regarding my issues that will forward the organization as a whole. Selection of training methods. Designing the sequence & training for each layer. Implementation of the training program effectively and with integrity. Involving all the related, connected resources in the process. Feedback of each of the session & including them in the next one. Measuring the training results. Fine – tuning the next phase if required.

(V). KEY MODIFICATIONS 1.
Each Session now includes 30 minute hard skill training on all the new developments.
2.
Team leaders have taken on being present when their team - members are getting trained.
3.
The vertical heads have a monthly brain storming session of 3 hours.
4.
The presence of vertical heads throughout all the sessions & their contributions.

Each session contains innovative methods of problem solving (1 hr each) – the current ones.

During the training session itself, the accountable persons declare a deadline to resolve the issues surfaced.

New team leaders have emerged & each session the willingness of many have been identified, respected & nurtured. 30 minute weekly meeting of each team on the ground & a five minute mentoring call are now regular features. Trainings are designed for each one…not a single excluded. We conduct sessions in two cities – Anand & Ahmedabad.
