RMS Sixth Form Bulletin Edition 9: 10th June 2016
UCAS/Higher Education In assembly on Monday the girls heard about how to log on to UCAS and what to think about in terms of university applications. Attached to this email is a recent powerpoint for your information. I hope that those of you who attended the Higher Education Forum found it useful. We find that the sooner applications get completed, the sooner offers come in and the sooner your daughter/ward can get on with the key job of working on achieving her A Level grades. As such we would aim for your daughter to have submitted her first draft of her personal statement to her tutor by Thursday 30th June. If your daughter is considering specialist courses, the teachers below should be made aware as soon as possible by your daughter so that support can be put in place at an early stage; Oxbridge: Mr Young Art applications: Mrs Kingston Medicine/Veterinary Science/Dentistry: Mrs Sears Mrs Freeman
