Top Story - The Robert Morris University men’s basketball team continues a three-game road swing Saturday afternoon with a 4:00 p.m. tip against Mount St. Mary’s at Knott Arena in Emmitsburg, Md. The Colonials are coming off an 80-68 setback @ Wagner (2/2/12), their second straight loss, and currently sit in a tie for fourth place in the Northeast Conference standings with Central Connecticut State. RMU hit just one of its first 12 shots from the field against the Seahawks in falling behind early, 14-2, and never recovered. Freshman guard Brandon Herman came off the bench to tie a career high with 11 points to lead Robert Morris, while sophomore forward Mike McFadden posted 10 points and a game-high six rebounds. Herman, who scored a total of 15 points in his previous 17 games, also scored 11 points in an 83-57 win over Rider (11/11/11) in the 2011-12 season opener. RMU closes out its three-game road swing after taking on the Mount Saturday with a 7:00 p.m. tip at Saint Francis (Pa.) Wednesday, Feb. 8.
