GIRLS HOCKEY CAMP Robert Morris University Waiver and Release of Liabilty I, the undersigned, acknowledge the inherent risks involoved in any sporting activity, particulary the sporting activity that I intend to participate in at the Robert Morris University. Accordingly, in consideration of being allowed to participate in Ice Hockey and intending to be legally bound, I, the undersigned, do herby, for myself, my heirs, executors and/ or adminstrators agree to the following: 1. I attest that I am physically for the Activity. I will assume my own medical and emergency expenses in the event of an accident or other incapacity or injurry resulting from or occuring in my participation. 2. I agree that prior to participating in the Activty, I will inspect the traning/competition area and all equipment to be used, and if, through my insepection, I determine that anything related to the Activity is unsafe, I will immediately notify an offical of Robert Morris University of this unsafe condition and will not participate in the Activity until this condition is corrected. 3. I hereby waive, release, discharge and covenant not to sue, Robert Morris University, its affililates, agents, associates, officers, directors, owners, employees and reprsentatives from demands, losses or damaages, including without limitation, any injury, death, or damage to property that may be suffered by me whehter caused or alleged to be caused in while or inpart by releases or any other party’s actions or inactions, or otherwise, an agree to identify releases from any and all third party claims caused in whiole of in party by my actions.

Dear Camper, Here is a tentative format for this years girl’s hockey camp and a couple helpful points to assist in having a great week! -Your check will be submitted for process on Thursday August 1st. -Location is The RMU Island Sports Center. -The camp runs Monday Aug. 4th to Friday Aug. 8th. -Drop off is 8:00 a.m. -Pick up is 3:45 p.m. Things you should bring: -Hockey gear -Lunch & water bottle (Friday we will supply pizza for lunch), please bring snacks and beverages for throughout the day as needed -Running shoes -Outdoor active wear (shorts, t-shirts, running shoes, sun screen if needed) -Anything you feel you might need for the day based on the activities below. Camp format: 8:30-9:30 a.m. - On-ice 10-10:45 a.m. - Of-ice conditioning/activity 11-12:15 p.m. - On ice 12:30-1 p.m. - Lunch 1-2 p.m. - Outdoor activity 2:30-3:20 p.m. - On-ice 3:45 p.m. - End camp/camper pickup time.
