THE CAPSULE The Robert Morris University women’s basketball team continues a three-game road trip when it starts the Brooklyn borough portion of its slate with a Noon tip-off against the LIU Brooklyn Blackbirds Saturday, February 2, at the Wellness, Recreation and Athletic Center (WRAC). The game will be broadcast live on ESPN 3. RMU is 6-1 alltime at the WRAC since it opened midway through the 2005-06 season. THE SERIES Robert Morris holds a substantial lead in the all-time series, 36-16, having won 10 of the last 11 meetings. The Colonials are 14-10 in Brooklyn and are an impressive 6-1 record at the WRAC that includes a pair of victories in the 2008 NEC Tournament. RMU won the only game between these squads last season, 63-57.
