THE CAPSULE The Robert Morris University women’s basketball team returns to the Charles L. Sewall Center following a three-game road swing when they host the Wagner Seahawks in a 4:00 p.m. game this afternoon. The Colonials split a pair of games in Brooklyn last week, upending LIU Brooklyn before stumbling in double-overtime at St. Francis Brooklyn. THE SERIES Robert Morris is 24-29 all-time against Wagner. The Colonials have won 15 consecutive match-ups in this series. RMU has not lost to Wagner since a 51-56 setback on Feb. 7, 2004. The Colonials are 11-13 at home against the Seahawks.

Playing 88 of a possible 90 minutes for the injury-ravaged Colonials, the rookie guard averaged 15.0 points per game against the NEC’s Brooklyn-based contingent. She shot 43 percent from downtown, sinking three three-pointers in each of the two contests.
