level Barbara Mosen (Randwick, now in Gymea) – reduced 2 dress sizes Lost 6% body fat – 10 / 10 when it came to effort ! Awesome achievement. Whilst Barbara felt results initially i.e. increased energy, positive attitude towards fitness, improved self esteem, it wasn't until about week 6 that she actually experienced physical change. It was a dramatic turn around for the latter part of the program. Barbara ( 6 years later) is now a Police women and keeps her fitness up for a job, but also for her self esteem and her health.

Marcello Oliviera (Brazil) – increased 7 kg of lean muscle, Marcello owned his own cleaning company and was extremely active for long hours each day, In 12 weeks he achieved his goal to increase muscle, energy and strength. Nutrition & a heavy weight training plan played a big part in his success.

Julie Smales (Melbourne) – Julie worked in an executive position and was away with work continuously throughout the challenge. Julie also had to contend with a number of injuries which increased the difficulty of the program throughout. Great results which she as maintained to date (2008). Julie David (Randwick, now in Canada) Julie worked at Randwick hospital as a nurse when she started the 12 week challenge. She had tried a number of programs which mostly involved dieting. The 12 week challenge was actually a 12 month challenge for Julie, who kept pushing on as a result of the small ongoing changes. Julie is happy and healthy today living in Canada with her Husband and baby boy
