Angela Wright (Bronte) – a mother of 2, worked a full time job, exercised 3 - 4 times per week at 8.30pm when the kids went to bed. Angela lost 5% Bodyfat & between 1-2 dress sizes whilst improving her energy & health over the 12 week program

Steven Wright (Bronte) – Started the program with his wife Angela who they worked together as a team, sharing the shopping, cooking and looking after the kids. Steven also worked in an executive role whilst taking the challenge

level Barbara Mosen (Randwick, now in Gymea) – reduced 2 dress sizes Lost 6% body fat – 10 / 10 when it came to effort ! Awesome achievement. Whilst Barbara felt results initially i.e. increased energy, positive attitude towards fitness, improved self esteem, it wasn't until about week 6 that she actually experienced physical change. It was a dramatic turn around for the latter part of the program. Barbara ( 6 years later) is now a Police women and keeps her fitness up for a job, but also for her self esteem and her health.

Marcello Oliviera (Brazil) – increased 7 kg of lean muscle, Marcello owned his own cleaning company and was extremely active for long hours each day, In 12 weeks he achieved his goal to increase muscle, energy and strength. Nutrition & a heavy weight training plan played a big part in his success.

Lou Maglione (Coogee) ex couch potato, had no energy – now trains 5 days p.w. – lost 23kg and 8% body fat on the 12 week challenge. Lou also reduced his waist significantly enough to improve his health and reduce his risk of heart disease. Lou is still a dedicated fitness fanatic 6 years on from the program

Jacqui Wurth (Coogee, now Ireland) – Reduced down 2 dress sizes, Jacqui got so involved in her fitness after the 12 week challenge and went on to compete in a number of sprint triathlons, She still races 6 years later (2008)

Evan Wall (Randwick) was equal winner of the first 12 week challenge we held at Randwick. Trained with Scott McPherson and followed the program intensely for the full 12 weeks. Also worked a full time job.

Worked Full Time for a pharmaceutical co. 1 hour from home, Studied her Masters in business admin. All whilst taking the 12 week challenge. Louise was a gymnast when she was young and lots of her athleticism, strength & good figure returned in time for the wedding day.

Julie Smales (Melbourne) – Julie worked in an executive position and was away with work continuously throughout the challenge. Julie also had to contend with a number of injuries which increased the difficulty of the program throughout. Great results which she as maintained to date (2008). Julie now trains outdoors ever morning before work.

Fitness Below Good Average John Heweston (Randwick) John owns ‘Pictureman’ photography & was the official photographer for the challenge, As a result he got inspired and went on to complete the program in 2002. John still trains and eats the ‘Body For LIFE’ way today (2008)

Julie David (Randwick, now in Canada) Julie worked at Randwick hospital as a nurse when she started the 12 week challenge. She had tried a number of programs which mostly involved dieting. The 12 week challenge was actually a 12 month challenge for Julie, who kept pushing on as a result of the small ongoing changes. Julie is happy and healthy today living in Canada with her Husband and baby boy

Stephen Garvey (Randwick) Stephen entered the challenge purely for his own interests, not to win the competition. He did however win the competition after achieving such awesome results. No idea where he is these days, Stephen didn’t even make the awards night to collect his own prize

John & Jenna (Randwick), both did excellent as a couple, training, grocery shopping & eating together. They both still exercise, however not together, John is a certified ‘Personal trainer’ at Fitness First and helps lots of other customers achieve their goal of health & fitness
