Robert Brown

Robert Brown was born in Bad Kreuznach, Germany in 1964 to James and Maria Brown while Mr. James Brown was serving with the US Army. The Brown Family moved to El Paso, Texas in 1973 after another tour of duty in Germany. Robert Brown graduated from Parkland High School in 1983 and enlisted in the US Army shortly after graduation. In 1989 he left the Army and pursued an Associate’s Degree in Applied Sciences Degree in Law Enforcement at El Paso Community College which he acquired in 1992. From 1994 to 1995 Robert Brown served with the US Border Patrol as a trainee. After leaving the Border Patrol in 1995 he returned to El Paso Community College for more education so as to acquire a Customs Broker’s License. In July of 1997 after meeting all requirements the US Customs Service awarded him his Customs Broker’s License.
