Robert D. Gifford

Mr. Gifford is an attorney and founder of GIFFORD LAW, PLLC. A former federal prosecutor, Mr. Gifford retired as a Colonel in the Army JAG Corps Reserves, Chief Judge for the Kaw Nation and the Iowa Nation tribe, and has served on multiple occasions as an elected officer in the Oklahoma Bar Association. He is also a Special Judge for the City of Oklahoma City and an Associate Justice for the Comanche Nation Supreme Court. He has also served an adjunct member of University of Oklahoma College of Law and Oklahoma City University School of Law and previously taught at the University of Arkansas School of Law and the U.S. Army’s Judge Advocate General’s Learning Center and School.
