Masters in Leadership and Management Supporting tri-service senior non-commissioned and commissioned ranks with their transition. Equipping you with the leadership and management skills which will complement those acquired in the military. Taught by industry specialists, experienced academics and ex military leaders, the MSc Leadership and Management will truly enhance your career through a unique combination of theory and practice. This course was co-designed by RGU and ex-military officers and informed by market research from your current military colleagues. The MSc Leadership and Management is a tailored academic qualification which builds on and extends your expertise to position you favourably in front of some of the top employers in the country and internationally. Start January or September Study full-time (approx 18 months) part-time or distance learning (approx 3 years)
