CLAIMS INVESTIGATION We do thorough investigation on what caused a particular claim on behalf of our clients and establish the possibility of insurer’s liability. This helps our clients to pay valid claims and right quantum in all claims given to us.
LOSS ADJUSTING We adjust losses by reviewing the insurance policy of the insured to ascertain that our clients pay the exact financial compensation sufficient to place the insured in the same financial position as he was enjoying immediately before the loss occurred considering all policy conditions and exclusions.

RISK INSPECTION We carry out risk inspection surveys with a view of underwriting perspective by putting emphasis on safety and risk management strategies on behalf of our clients. During risk inspection we do the following: o I nspection carried out by experienced engineers. o C ollection of information related to previous major losses. o S uggest risk improvement / loss mitigation measures. o R isk Inspection Survey Reports.
PROPERTY VALUATION In order to determine an insurance fee, a valuation of the property for the sake of insurance is required. Insurance companies are interested in a fair property valuation. When insurance valuation is heightened, the companies can bear serious damages by paying out benefits, and when it is lowered, they are subject to a number of conflicts, which usually end in court.

Meet the Board of Directors
Mrs. Abimbola Tiamiyu M.A.S, M.Sc, FIIN DIRECTOR GENERAL CIIN BOARD CHAIRPERSON
Mrs. Abimbola Tiamiy is a Director General of Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria. She is a holder of two Master’s degrees, one in actuarial science from the University of Ibadan and another in Science (risk management and insurance) from the University of Lagos. She started her insurance career in March 1999 and has worked in many different positions. She started with Great Nigeria Insurance Plc in 1999 as a suprerintendent were she acquired a vast underwriting experience in both life/pensions and general business insurances from where she moved to Cornerstone Insurance Plc in 2005 to be Claims Manager until she was appointed CIIN Director General in 2019.

Deodatus RUBAYITA SECRETARY TO BOARD / MANAGING DIRECTOR He is a holder of Advanced Diploma in insurance (ACIIN), and a Bachelor’s degree majoring in Insurance from University of Rwanda. With broader Insurance Industry experience, Deodatus has worked with Safe Insurance Brokers as the Claims and Underwriting Manager, Global Risk Advisors Ltd as a senior underwriter & also worked with Alpha Insurance Brokers as Marketing and sales officer. With his academic background and the vast industry experience he acquired during his previous positions, the Board and shareholders found him suitable to lead and give direction to Bold Loss Adjusters.
Marcel RUTAGENGWA BOARD MEMBER Mr. Marcel RUTAGENGWA is a holder of Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Banking. He is an experienced Banker and Financial analyst and has worked with Bank of Kigali since 2009.
Emmy NTAMBARA BOARD MEMBER Mr. Emmy Ntambara is the CEO of SFALP. Prior to his appointment, Emmy was the Chief Finance Officer of CKL from 2015 to 2019. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Banking for the University of Rwanda and he is enrolled with Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria.

Mr. Deodatus RUBAYITA, CIIN | Managing Director/ Secretary to Board. He is a holder of Advanced Diploma in insurance (ACIIN), and a Bachelor’s degree majoring in Insurance from University of Rwanda. IDOWU Ajisafe | Technical Director HND, ACII, MBA. A charisma service provider. He banded his first degree in Insurance from The Polytechnic Ibadan and MBA in Marketing Management from Lagos State University. He has a Diploma in Computer Management study. He has over 15 years’ experience in Insurance and attended many Insurance courses and seminars, Including CIIN course for Insurance Loss Adjusters Chief Executive. He started his adjusting career as a trainee with Continental Loss Adjusters Ltd, thereafter left as pioneer General Manager of New Trend Loss Adjusters Ltd, and had a brief-stay to acquired additional knowledge at Risk Watch Insurance Brokers Ltd. Before his appointment as the Managing Director of Alpha D Loss Adjusters Ltd now Lorem International Loss Adjusters Ltd, he was the Lagos Regional Manager of Lake Insurance Co. Ltd. He holds membership of many Professional bodies. He is an Associate member of Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (A.C.I.I.N), Associate member Institute of Loss Adjuster of Nigeria (A.I.L.A.N), Member Nigerian Institute of Management and Member, Nigerian Institute of Marketers.

Mr. Claude SENDASHONGA | Adjuster Claude holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering from KIST. With reputable experience, he gained vast knowledge in the fields of Non-Motor engineering valuation, risk assessing and loss adjusting.
Mr. Nkusi John | Adjuster He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration majoring Insurance. He is currently enrolled in Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria where he has now attained Certificate in Insurance. With a vast experience of four years in claims handling, and underwriting, John is one our competent and commendable staff that fulfills his professional duties.
Eraste NTAMBIYE | Adjuster Eraste holds an Advanced Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Automobile Technology). He has a long term experience by working with many companies to include HINO Motors Corporation, Rwanda Public Transport Authority and La Rwandaise. He acquired knowledge in the fields of Motor engineering valuation, risk assessing and loss adjusting.
OLAMIDE Famakinwa | Marine and Aviation Adjuster A graduate of Insurance from Institute of Management Technology Enugu and has many years’ of experience in Loss Adjusting and Marine Superintending. He is a member of C.I.I.N and I.L.A.N
