The challenge of this project was to design a space where elderly people can live, and at the same time create a space that promotes coexistence between the elderly and the young.

One of the objectives of the project is to take advantage of the knowledge of the elderly, to inspire young people and create a positive impact.

The complex is based on a simple question “why did people stop enjoying the city?” Most citizens believe that living in an emotionless environment is normal, and the area that was intervened is no exception. This is why it was thought “what if we could create a new milestone by returning to the city these emotions and the desire to explore it?”

Taking this into account, it was decided that the best thing would be to create a project that starts from a central core, where users feel attracted from afar, inviting them to discover what is inside the project and rewarding their curiosity through the different atmospheres generated throughout the project.
