The project raises the possibility of a new neighborhood within the Estación Alameda project in the northern area of the Tecnológico de Monterrey, Toluca campus.

This new neighborhood aims to propose ideas about life in the city of Toluca in the 21st century, using concepts of density, mixed uses and collective space, where living is considered as all those activities that human beings carry out from the domestic and their relationship with the public realm.

Ground Floor

The building is inserted in a respectful way, through a permeable ground floor that allows a direct relationship with the public space.

First Floor

The first level is designed for groups of 2 to 3 people, with a community area in the main access promoting meetings between users.

Second Floor

The second level has the same objective as the lower floor with a double height in the community space.

Third Floor

The third level is designed exclusively for students, where services such as dining room and laundry are shared among all users.

Roof

The last floor seeks to make the roof habitable through a terrace covered by a pergola allowing the inhabitants to enjoy the space.
