Robert Tweed

In 2004, Robert was introduced to the concept of a 1031 Tax-Deferred Exchange. Robert was working for Del Exeter, a local CPA in Monrovia, CA, at the time. Del introduced Robert to his son Bill Exeter, the former Head of Chicago Title Company's Exchange Division. He quickly caught up with the help of Bill's expertise, who expertly guided Robert's 1031 Exchange transactions to success. Since then, Robert has assisted his clients in well over 100 property exchanges. Robert has been involved in more than $500 million in successful 1031 transactions. Robert's primary focus in his business is guiding clients through the entire 1031 process.
