More special needs classes for D15 I LAURA WEBB
THE National Council for Special Education have announced four new classes for children with special needs at schools across Blanchardstown and Castleknock. These classes are part of a bigger allocation nationwide that caters for children with special needs in mainstream primary and post-primary schools. The four schools in Dublin
15 are Colaiste Pobail Setanta in Phibblestown, Tyrrelstown Educate Together NS, Sacred Heart of Jesus NS in Huntstown and St Francis Xavier Senior NS Roselawn Road, Castleknock. The classes are provided for children with special needs who can’t currently be educated in a mainstream classroom setting, for example, children with autism or specific speech and languages disorders.
