A MAJOR new masterplan, aimed at transforming Hartstown Park into a more attractive recreational area for public use, is set to go on public display in spite of the fact that no funding for the plan is in place. Details of the scheme were presented to local councillors at a recent meeting. Fingal County Council pro-

poses to create a new car park facility, and a 4km of a pathway system in the park will be developed as a Sli Na Slainte that shows walkers how far they are walking.
