LITTE Musa and Nathan were among the thousands who turned out to watch the Tesco Mobile Sport Against Racism Ireland (SARI) Soccerfest in the Phoenix Park recently. With a rare glimpse of blue skies and sunshine, it was a great day for the 40 men’s teams, eight women’s teams and eight U-13 teams in the largest intercultural seven-a-side in Europe. Reilly holds counsel on hospital decision Report on site for children’s facility due within weeks

MINISTER for Health Dr James Reilly has declined to confirm reports that a site adjacent to Connolly Hospital has been recommended as suitable for the National Children’s Hospital (NCH). Speaking on national radio
earlier this week, the minister said the Dolphin Group, an expert review group have presented their report to his department, who are reviewing it and hope to go with it to the Government “by the end of the month”. Reilly said the report gives “several recommendations”
and he has to “make a recommendation arising out of those options”. When asked to confirm rumours, which indicate that the hospital site is no longer at the Mater but Connolly Hospital, Reilly said, “that depends on who you are listening to”. Full Story on Page 7
