Paddy Power create 800 jobs at Clonskeagh Bookmaker hiring 30 people a month and plans to reach its target by 2015

B O OK M A K E R P a d d y Power are set to create 800 jobs by 2015 after it was announced at a news conference attended by An Taoiseach, Enda Kenny,
that their new headquarters will be located in Clonskeagh. The jobs result from the company’s international expansion plans. Paddy Power revealed that it has already hired 100 people
in its new headquarters in Clonskeagh, to date. A Paddy Power spokesperson told The Gazette: “We are hiring around 30 people a month at the moment. It could end up to be an even greater fig-
ure than 800 by 2015; we’ll see how it goes.” The majority of the jobs will be for highly-skilled people in the areas of information technology and e-commerce. Full Story on Page 2
