Almost 20,000 to be hit with bin charges South Dublin bin waivers to end for many from April
Q PAUL HOSFORD
ALMOST 20,000 already hard-pressed households in South Dublin will be forced to pay bin charges from April, The Gazette can reveal. In 2011, 18,000 households in South Dublin were in receipt of household bin waivers.

and 990 in Palmerstown) and in the Clondalkin Electoral Area, 4,500 households (4,223 in Clondalkin, and the balance of almost 300 in Rathcoole and Newcastle),” said Cllr Tuffy, who is urging the Government to introduce a national system for bin waivers. Full Story on Page 4
