Malahide Castle set to rock with May gigs Venue planning three big open air concerts for early summer

MALAHIDE Castle is set to be the venue for three large open-air concerts this May, the Malahide Gazette can exclusively reveal.
The castle is currently amidst plans to line up a series of concerts, which will be held over the duration of a weekend in late May, in the Bridgefield area of the castle. According to Cllr Eoghan
O’Brien (FF), Fingal County Council are currently in the middle of negotiations with a range of “well-known” acts, and the concerts are set to be “a major boost to the local economy” with small local
businesses being invited to host stalls on the grounds. “I think it’s fantastic that the local businesses will be given first refusal for the concession stands,” he said. Full Story on Page 2
