SWORDS proved it’s streets ahead of the rest, taking fourth position in the national Irish Business Against Litter survey, the results of which were released this week. Swords retain its coveted status of ‘clean to European norms’ in the annual survey. Mayor of Fingal, Gerry McGuire said he was thrilled with the result: “I am very pleased with the progress Swords has made and I would like to compliment the businesses and Fingal County Council as well as the local residents for ensuring that Swords did this well.” Full Story on Page 6
