BLAZEi is an internship program focused on nurturing early-stage aerospace workforce talent, especially women.

At the completion of the BLAZEi internship, participants will present their ideas to industry "Black Belt" experts, consider pursuing industry certifications, seek employment opportunities, or launch an entrepreneurial BIG idea at a culminating event.
