CC Group Publishing recognizes that its goals cannot be achieved by individuals alone, but as a result of the larger team effort. In order to be a strong and effective team, we hold each other accountable to a set of values we have established. 1. 123 Home Services Plus (hereinafter “123 Home”) is in the business of providing real estate marketing services. It is not a real estate brokerage and is not licensed to trade in real estate under Nova Scotia’s Real Estate Trading Act. As such, it cannot offer any services that involve, or could be reasonably characterized as, trading in real estate. 2. “123 Home” is powered by CC Group Publishing Inc., it reserves the right to refuse any advertisement or material offered from a customer for any reason, whatsoever. 3. “123 Home” will not independently verify information provided by/ from a customer. Any such information provided will be considered correct and accurate and the customer shall be completely responsible (including, but not limited to, indemnifying and saving harmless “123 Home” and /or CC Group Publishing Inc.) for any claims, issues or statements made in the advertisements or material about a property, product, material system, method or service. 4. “123 Home” will not accept advertising material from a customer that contains derogatory, disparaging or inflammatory comments about the customer´s competitor´s products or organizations etc.. 5. “123 Home” does not accept advertising material that would be considered discriminatory based on race, religion, color, national origin, sex age or disability etc.. Acceptance of Contract 1. The customer and/or the customer´s agency agree to indemnify and save harmless “123 Home” and/or CC Group Publishing Inc. against any

and all claims of any nature or kind arising from the use of information provided by the customer, and also the unauthorized use of names, pictures/photos and copyright infringements, in their advertisement material offered. 2. A customer order may be cancelled by “123 Home” if the customer and/or the customer´s agency fail to pay accounts when due. (Accounts are due and payable when rendered.) 3. Cancellation policy: customer(s) must cancel in writing, (fax and or email is acceptable) including reason for cancellation. Written notice must be received at the Musquodoboit Harbour Office. The refunding of fees paid for services upon receipt shall be in the absolute discretion of “123 Home”/CC Group Publishing Inc.. 4. CC Group Publishing Inc. and/or “123 Home” is not bound by any condition or instruction, whether verbal or written, if it is in conflict with the company’s established policies. 5. All rates and conditions are subject to change without notice. 6. CC Group Publishing Inc. and/or 123 Home Services accepts no responsibility for errors occurred. 7. This agreement shall be construed in accordance with, and the rights of the parties shall be governed by, the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia. 8. Service priority of a 123 Home Services Customer is on a first-come/ pay-first-served basis.
