Our house was all over social media and the web. It was great. Well, we know that homes can take time to sell, so we settled in for the wait. It turns out that we received an offer almost immediately. It was a low initial offer that we chose to counter. This was where Rob was at his best. He supported our decision to counter and through his awesome negotiating skills he got the offer up to a number we were very happy with. It only took six days to go from release to executed contract!
