WINE CELLAR EXPERIENCES

Number One is inviting guests to visit their decadent wine cellar in partnership with award winning Champagne house, Charles Heidsieck. The solid oak cellar offers guests the chance to view, select and taste the restaurant’s extensive selection of fine wines and Champagnes that live within the cellar walls.

The bespoke cellar has over 350 wines on display with the bespoke temperature controlled space offering a beautiful addition to the restaurant’s rich interiors. The wine cellar houses over twenty wines by the glass, bottles from more than sixteen countries and vintages from the 70s and 80s through to 2021.

Start your evening in Number One with a glass of Vintage Charles Heidsieck Champagne, canapés and Sturia caviar, £150 per couple.

Fine Wine Explorer

Explore and purchase fine wines from Number One’s extensive wine cellar collection by reserving an appointment with Head Sommelier Damien Trinckquel, from £60 to £1500 per bottle.

Exclusive Use

Treat yourself and your guests to a truly bespoke experience, exclusive use of Number One’s bar, restaurant and wine cellar for lunch or dinner. Chef de Cusine, Mathew Sherry, Head Sommelier, Damien Trinckquel and our team will provide a decadent seasonal menu and matched wine experience from £6500 for lunch or £12,500 for dinner. This experience is designed for group bookings and private use.
