Built in partnership with award winning Champagne house, Charles Heidsieck, the solid oak wine cellar offers guests the chance to view, select and taste the restaurant’s extensive selection of fine wines and Champagnes that live within the cellar walls.

Number One, offers over 350 wines on display with the bespoke temperature controlled space offering a beautiful addition to the restaurant’s rich interiors. The wine cellar houses over twenty wines by the glass, bottles from more than sixteen countries and vintages from the 70s and 80s through to 2021.

The restaurants Head Sommelier Damien Trinckquel can assist you in picking the perfect wines to accompany Chef De Cusine Mathew Sherry’s menu.
