CR and LR Series Mow and collect clippings in comfort and style with the easy to operate (and easy to own) CR riders and LR tractors. The CR riders have great visibility up-front and offer a choice of gear driven or automatic drive. The LR tractors have cutting widths up to 102 cm and a new dual lumbar seat, so garden work gets done in record time in comfort.
X100 Series The next step up in durability is this series of tractors. With an X100 Series tractor comes a fully welded, heavy gauge steel frame. There are also Comfort Series features (on the X120 and X140) that feature a premium high-back seat and a soft grip steering wheel for less operator fatigue. All models come standard with a mulching kit.

X300 Series If your customers are looking for more in manoeuvrability, the X300 Series can handle every angle thrown at them. The X304, four wheel steer, features a tight, 9 inch, uncut circle. TwinTouch foot controls and cruise control make manoeuvring easy and simple. When you mulch with a John Deere mulching mower, time is indeed on your side. The Edge Xtra Mulch Cutting System returns clippings to the lawn eliminating disposal hassles and lowering fertiliser costs; exclusive material gates can be removed to enable discharge of excess clippings in long grass. You’ll barely notice the difference between collecting and mulching. Saving time isn’t the only benefit of mulching. Finely cut grass clippings provide a great source of nitrogen for your lawn, providing you with essentially free fertiliser.

THE CUTTING SYSTEM
Deep deck design lifts grass for a cleaner cut and finish. Smooth underside prevents grass build-up and evenly disperses grass clippings.
Two removable material “gates� at the rear of the deck enable rear discharge of excess clippings in heavy grass conditions. No tools are required to open the gates. On-deck storage position is provided to store the material gates.

Mower blades are offset to permit blade overlap with use of a standard v-belt drive and ensure that the blades cannot contact each other.

All collectors can be emptied easily without leaving the seat. You can choose from the 170 litre capacity rider or 250 and 300 litre capacity tractors. To find a model that’s just your speed, you can try out a 5 speed shift on-the-go or hand or foot controlled transmission. No matter what the choice, each unit is a versatile performer, allowing you to trim on either side of the mower deck.
Lawn tractor’s automatic foot control lets you easily change from forward to reverse without shifting. Enjoy outstanding visibility up-front for easier manoeuvring in confined areas with the rear discharge riders.
