Introduction Welcome to the new Boston Logic real estate website platform for J. Rockcliff Realtors! The Boston Logic Platform holds a powerful suite of tools that will help you become a more productive agent. The very best way to get the most out of these tools is to dive right in and start using them.
Over the next few weeks, we’ll be sharing a series of training modules that guide you through the platform. This first module will introduce you to the key platform features you’ll use most often. How to Access the Boston Logic Platform Your Boston Logic real estate site has a front end that users see when they access our website.
When you log in, you will access the Boston Logic Platform, also known as the back end. To log in, you’ll go to www.jrockcliff.bostonlogic.com/login. You’ll see a page like this:
Logging into the platform is a little like going backstage at a theatre. You see what’s in back of the website that users see on the front end. The Boston Logic Platform is a command center for our brokerage—a command center that uses automation to drive more business to our agents.
Key Platform Features For this training module, you don’t have to log into the platform. Once you do log in, you’ll have access to six key platform features. Let’s do a quick walkthrough of each one.
Leads
This feature functions as Boston Logic’s customer relationship management (CRM) system. It’s where you will add your leads to the platform. Our CRM offers you the ability to capture, organize, and track leads—so you can turn those leads into clients.
Tasks
Showings. Follow-ups. Emails. You’ve got a lot on your plate. The Tasks tool allows you to create action items with due dates and reminders.
Events
With the Events tool, you can create appointments and events like showing a property to a lead. You can even view all tasks in a monthly calendar view and export them to your iCal
Property
Head here when you need to quickly see your brokerage’s exclusive listings. This feature also allows you search for MLS listings with various filters.
Marketing
Email outreach is a critical part of being a successful real estate agent. It’s why 94% of realtors most often prefer to communicate with their clients through email. Boston Logic’s automated email marketing tool lets you “set it and forget it.” Monthly newsletters, new listings, showing sheets, and multi-touch email campaigns show off your expertise and help you close deals.
Agent Tools
