Introduction In the last training module, we covered how to log in and finalize your agent profile on the Boston Logic Platform through our new website. In this module, we’ll take a closer look at the Dashboard you see when you log in to the Boston Logic Platform. What you’ll learn: ● What’s in the Navigation Menu ● Six essential elements of the Dashboard

Why is this important? The Dashboard is the command center you’ll use to run your real estate business on the Boston Logic platform. It gives you powerful tools to track, manage, and engage your leads. You are a real estate expert. But in today’s market, you need an automated system to turn leads into lifelong clients. That’s what Boston Logic provides.

The Dashboard Navigation Menu Here’s what the Dashboard looks like.

Let’s take a look at the Navigation Menu. It looks like this:

At the far right is an envelope for Messages (both email and textbased) that you have sent or been sent from leads and contacts. You will also see an icon with four squares. This icon opens up a quick action panel. More on that later.

On the far right end is an icon that provides quick access to your profile, our website and a calendar for your tasks and events.

That’s our tour of the Navigation Menu. Let’s move on.

Essential Dashboard Elements The Dashboard has six essential elements.

Lead Count Wheel Let’s start with the Lead Count Wheel. The number at the bottom shows the total number of leads assigned to you. If you don’t see the Lead Count Wheel, don’t worry. It means we need to add leads to the Platform. We’ll go over how to do this in our next email.

Quick Action Menu

Under the Lead Count Wheel is the Quick Action Menu. You can select one of these buttons to create a new Lead, Task, Event, or Email. You can use the Internal button to create an internal message.

Recently Active Leads The Dashboard also highlights Recently Active Leads. This shows the date and time a lead was last active on our website. This box will help you determine where its most effective to spend your time each day.

Why is this important? Click on a lead and a new page will open. You will see all the current information about that lead, including listings they’ve viewed and saved. These details give you an instant status report on each individual lead. No more keeping track on your own. The platform collects the details so you have more time to close deals.

Recently Updated Exclusives

Recently Updated Exclusives show the most recent exclusive listings from the MLS.

Tasks Due Soon Tasks Due Soon is your master to-do list.

Why is this important? Tasks Due Soon gives you the freedom to manage follow-ups without having to write them down or figure out your own system.

Upcoming Events Upcoming Events is your master list that saves events like open houses and showings.

Why is this important? Events that you or another team member create keep you on track and on schedule.

Our Dashboard tour is complete.
