Creating a New Marketing List info@bostonlogic.com / www.bostonlogic.com
The Boston Logic Platform has a built-in email marketing feature. The purpose of any email marketing campaign is to send a specific message to a specific audience. The first step in the campaign is to establish your target audience. The second step is to create and send relevant content to that audience.
Why is this important? Staying in touch with your leads keeps you—and your listings—top of mind. Creating marketing lists allows you to send targeted content to customers that addresses exactly where they are in the buying or selling process.
To establish your target audience, you need to create a marketing list. Log in to your account on our website. Go to the Dashboard. Hover over Marketing and select: Lists
A new page will open that looks like this. Notice a few things about this page.
You can see all the lists already created. Why is this important? Once you create a marketing list, this is where it will appear, so you can select and use it.
You can see how many people are on the list and who they are: leads, contacts, agents, or employees.
You can create a new list by selecting: Create List That’s what we’ll show you now.
Click on: Create List
A new window will open that looks like this. Give your list a name. Best Practice Choose something simple that will be easy to find later. But also choose something appropriate, as leads will be able to see the name of this list if they decide to unsubscribe.
Next enter a description for your list. Why is this important? A description will give other back-end users and your future self a clear understanding of the purpose of this list.
Then click on: Add people to this list So far, so good!
A new screen will open. The new screen will automatically scroll to the bottom where you will see Manage List Members.

Subscribing a List to a Market Insight Report info@bostonlogic.com / www.bostonlogic.com
It’s easy to subscribe a Marketing List to Market Insights. First let’s talk about Market Insights and what that is. The Market Insights feature can generate a market report for a specific geographic location, like a town or city.
On the front end of our website, Market Insights looks like this. This one is for Alamo.
Why is this important? Market Insights help your leads track the market. They show such essential data as: ● Number of properties for sale ● Average asking price per square foot ● Average sales price ● Average days on market The Boston Logic Platform allows you to send Market Insights to your leads to keep you and your listings top of mind. It’s an easy way to leverage the power of automation to keep in regular touch with your leads.
Here’s how to subscribe a Marketing List to Market Insights. Log in to your account on our website. Go to the Dashboard. Hover over Reports and select: Market Insights
A new screen will open. It looks like this.
We already have a number of Market Insights on the platform. Notice each one is for a specific location, like Alamo.
Select the orange pencil icon. This allows you to edit the Market Insight.
A new screen will open when you edit a Market Insights. It will look like this.
Scroll down to the section called Marketing Lists. You’ll see all the Marketing Listings listed. Just check off the one you want.
Save your changes by selecting: Update Market Insights And you’re done!
Dynamic Content That Customizes Emails info@bostonlogic.com / www.bostonlogic.com
The power of email marketing makes it possible for our brokerage to send out emails on behalf of our agents. Dynamic content makes it appear as if the agent sent these emails themselves. YOUR contact information will be included in the emails.
To be specific, dynamic content will allow our brokerage to add your agent signature to emails we send out on behalf of agents. Why is this important? Including your agent signature is an automatic, easy way to personalize emails we send to leads. That personalized signature gives leads everything they need to contact you.
Have you completed your agent signature? This would be a good time to do it. We covered agent signatures in Training Module 2: Logging in for the First Time and Setting Up Your Profile. To access this module, log into your account and then select this link: Training Module 2: Logging in for the First Time and Setting U p Your Profile You can then download the training module.
