Introduction Focus on Priority Leads with LogicScore Connect with Leads with Tasks and Events Turn Leads into Sales with Action Plans

Introduction In our last training, we covered the essentials of Lead Details and how to set up a Saved Search and Market Insights for a lead. Today we’ll focus on four ways you can leverage the Boston Logic Platform to make you a better agent. What you’ll learn: ● How LogicScore can help you work more efficiently ● How Tasks and Events can help you interact with leads ● How Action Plans give you a tool for turning leads into sales

Why is this important? Unleashing the power of the Boston Logic Platform begins with the LogicScore. This platform feature gives you an instant read on which leads to spend time with.

#1: LogicScore info@bostonlogic.com / www.bostonlogic.com

Focus on Priority Leads with LogicScore Log in to your account on our website. Go to the Dashboard. Hover over Leads and select: My Leads

On the My Leads screen, you’ll notice that each lead has a LogicScore number.

So what does that LogicScore mean? LogicScore counts a lead’s actions on our website and multiplies those actions on a sliding scale. Certain actions are weighted higher than others.

Here are some example of actions that factor into a lead’s LogicScore: Actions Worth 1 Point Performing a search Viewing a roperty

Actions Worth 2 Points Adding a favorite property Adding a property note Adding a saved search Emailing a listing to a friend

Actions Worth 3 Points Contacting an agent Requesting a showing Submitting a form

Why is this important? The higher the LogicScore, the more a lead is interacting with our website. A high LogicScore is a signal for you, the agent, to focus your efforts on an engaged lead—and turn that lead into a sale.

#2: Leverage Events & Tasks info@bostonlogic.com / www.bostonlogic.com

Connect with Leads with Tasks and Events The Tasks tool is a powerful feature that helps you focus on your most engaged leads. ● Log in to your account and go to the Dashboard. ● Hover over Tasks. You’ll see a drop-down menu like this. ● Select: My Open Tasks

A new screen will open. It looks like this:

How does the Tasks feature help you be a better agent? The Tasks feature is important for these reasons. The Tasks tool gives you a priority to-do list that keeps you focused on the most engaged leads.

You can create tasks with due dates for follow-ups. Agents can assign tasks to themselves and brokers can assign tasks to other brokers or agents.

The platform automatically assigns tasks to an agent or broker when triggered by a front-end action, such as a property inquiry submitted by a prospective lead.

When a lead signs up on your website or is manually assigned to you, you will receive an automatically generated follow-up task. You then have 24 hours to follow up with the lead before this task is overdue by default.

How to Create a Task There are two methods of creating a task on the platform. First method Go to the Dashboard. Look for the icon in the upper right corner. On your agent site, this icon may look different. But it will be there. Select it. A QuickAction Toolkit will open up. It looks like this. Select the Task icon.

Second method You can also use the Dashboard menu to create a task. From the Dashboard, select: Tasks Then select: My Open Tasks

A new screen will open like this. Select the New Task button.

Both methods will get you to a screen that looks like this:

Create the task by filling in the required fields. Be sure to select the green Create Task button to save the task.

How to Create an Event The Events tool is a powerful feature that helps you manage your most engaged leads. There are two methods of creating an event on the platform. First method Go to the Dashboard. Look for the icon in the upper right corner. Select it. Again, a QuickAction Toolkit will open up. Select the Event icon.

Second method Or you can use the Dashboard menu to create a task. From the Dashboard, select: Events Then select: My Upcoming Events

Both methods will get you to a screen that looks like this:

To create a new event, select: New Event.

Create the event by filling in the required fields. Be sure to select the green Create Event button to save the event.

How does the Events feature help you be a better agent? The Events feature is important for these reasons. The Events tool gives you a way to see, manage, and carry out key actions that help you close sales.

You can can create events showing appointments—or custom events for any type of event our brokerage does.

The platform automatically creates an event and assigns it to the appropriate agent when a lead submits a “Schedule a Showing” inquiry.

#3: Action Plans info@bostonlogic.com / www.bostonlogic.com

Turn Leads into Sales with Action Plans Action Plans are a key component of the Tasks tool. â—? Log in to your account and go to the Dashboard. â—? Hover over Tasks. Action Plans will appear in the dropdown menu like this:

How does the Action Plans feature help you be a better agent? The Action Plan feature is important for these reasons. An Action Plan is a template for a course of action to take after interacting with leads or when creating or closing deals. It’s like a road map you can follow to carry out time-sensitive workflows.

Our brokerage can use Action Plans to create company-wide actions that all agents will follow.

Brokers also can create a personal action plan for a specific agent. Agents can create their own action plans as well.

How to Create an Action Plan You create an Action Plan from the Dashboard. ● Hover over Tasks. Action Plans will appear in the dropdown menu. ● From the drop-down menu, select: Action Plans

A new screen will open. In the top right corner, select the New Action Plan button.

A new window will open that looks like this. Give the Action Plan a name. Choose a Plan Type. ● Select Company Plan if it’s for the whole brokerage. ● Select Personal Plan if it’s just for yourself. Then select the Done button.

Once you press the Done button, you will see a list with the Action Plan you just created.

How to Use an Action Plan Let’s look at this example. It’s called “Online Lead Follow-up.”

See the triangle symbol next to the name? Click on that.

Now you can see the all the tasks in the entire Action Plan.

Selecting each one will pop up a new window that gives the details.

Let’s take a look at Action Plans in action. This short video shows how Action Plans can simplify and automate your lead outreach.
