And, it can be hard to gauge, or remember for that matter, who needs what and when they need it. But there is a way to ensure that you that you are always delivering the right content, to the right people, at the right time: automating your email marketing with drip campaigns.


Let’s review three key benefits of drip campaigns. Benefit #1 Drip campaigns allow you to send out relevant content to exactly the right list segment(s), at specific, automated intervals.

Did you know? All leads, regardless of agent assignment, will receive a welcome series drip campaign sent by our brokerage. What’s a welcome series drip campaign?


A welcome series drip campaign consists of 6 or more emails sent to all leads on our Boston Logic platform. The first email welcomes leads to our new brokerage site. Subsequent emails have content that targets buyers and sellers and shows why they should work with us.


Most important, the welcome series drip campaign is: Branded Each email has our realtor logo and contact information. Personalized Dynamic content lets us send emails that address recipients by name. Agent specific Dynamic content lets us include our agents’ names and contact information.


Why is this important? As a real estate agent, you know the value of a first good impression. That good impression goes a lot further when emails are personalized. Plus, the power of email automation frees you up from administrative tasks, giving you more time to spend with qualified leads.


Here’s an example of a welcome series email. This is a sample only. Notice that is has a personalized address. It also has links and a call-to-action button that bring the user to the brokerage site.

Let’s go over the basic steps in setting up a drip campaign. To access this part of the Boston Logic platform, log into your account on our website. Go to the Dashboard. Hover over Marketing and select: Campaigns


A new screen will open. At the top, you will see this. To begin a drip campaign, select: Create Campaign
