Favorable environmental impact study findings are an essential consideration in a governing jurisdiction’s decision to permit a proposed development project to proceed . We typically have an independent engineer conduct an environmental study at the outset of new property development projects as well as significant alterations to existing properties . These environmental studies comply with the requirements of governing jurisdictions applicable to each development project .
