ROCK EMPIRE is close to the Elbe River Valley - 80 m sandstone rocks which are the inspiration and testing area for our products.

In 2017, Rock Empire guarantees to all customers: high quality production, extra-ordinary customer service and continual innovation of all Rock Empire products, which are designed and produced, first and foremost, to protect all users during their climbing experiences. While safety is always our number one priority, we never forget the importance of comfort, durability, and low-weight. For sport users of all abilities, we offer well-made climbing and outdoor equipment. Our 1B Slight harness was worn by Russian climber, Julia Kaplina, as she climbed to first place and won the World Cup Speed Competition in climbing in Xiamen, China (22 to 23 October 2016). In 2017, we introduce a new full-body climbing harness, Ronda, which offers an improved method of securing the harness to reduce the possibility of human error. We continue to produce one of the lightest weight harnesses in the world, Superlight, for ski touring. And, we have expanded our range of colour options for our popular series of Slight sit harnesses. For industrial users, our range of work-at-heights equipment offers something for everyone. Our top of the line, Skill Profi AL full body harness, offers extraordinary comfort and durability 2

for those who are in the harness for longer periods of time. We now also offer Skill Econ, a full body harness which offers padded waist and legs and a reduced weight by use of a webbing for the shoulder straps for those who use the harness for fewer hours. And, we have introduced two rescue products, Alpha and Omega, that secure evacuees safely and are light-weight. And, we are pleased to introduce our line of Magnum Steel carabiners, which offer the HMS design in steel and are available in 3 types: Screw, Twist (2T) or Tri-Lock (3T). We continue to produce all harnesses and slings with the greatest of care at our factory in the Czech Republic and work closely with top quality suppliers for additional products that we offer with pride. Faith is currently the best female highliner in the world. She is a role model for many people, is breaking one record after another, and has defined new standards for the sport and for herself.

He is well known for many first ascents on sandstone in the Elbe River Canyon graded VI to XIB.

Iva is the future of women´s climbing. Every year, she has better and better results.

He has climbed over 200 routes with a difficulty of more than 8a.

Every year approx. 130 days and hundreds of hours guiding in the Alps. Mountain guide, climber, skialpinist, husband to a beautiful wife and father to three children, basically a normal individual who enjoys life just as it is.

The first and only woman to complete the 100 meter length in highlining. She holds five world records. She regularly does soloing and continues to push the limits.

Tomáš is also an author of many first ascents in mountains. Every year, he tries to search for prime climbs in new areas all over the world. Big walls represent a great challenge for him. "I love climbing, and, the longer I climb, the happier I am that I tried this sport. My wish for the future is to let go of all my ambitions and then finally fill my life with the movement and the joy of climbing."

Eliška is a young, talented climber, who in her 15 years has already been very successful both in races and on the rocks. On climbing trips with her family as a young girl, she would wake up early so that she could get to the rocks quicker. Eliška has big plans and is already achieving them. She wants to represent Czech Republic in the European Cup, and the European and World Championships.

Honza, the newest member of the ROCK EMPIRE Climbing Team, is a very talented climber, who has dedicated the last three years to climbing. His love of climbing started when he went with his dad to a climbing wall. From then on, he has been climbing three to five times a week.

Tereza is a promising climbing who has already been Champion of the Czech Republic for youth in speed climbing and won first place overall in the Czech Cup. She has also won many races at the highest children´s level for climbing.

Šimon, who is the youngest member of the ROCK EMPIRE Climbing Team, has been climbing since he was three years old. Šimon is among one of the promising, talented, new climbers. He is acquiring one title after another.

Honza is not only a ROCK EMPIRE Climbing Team member, but also a member of ROCK EMPIRE´s design and development team. He has been climbing since he was six and likes to climb everything from the floor to the ceiling, from boulders to long, endurance routes, and he enjoys changes and discovering new climbing areas. Occasionally, he races on ropes or on boulders. „I consider myself more of a rock climber,“ he says. Except perhaps in 2015 and 2016, when he was nominated to represent Czech Republic in lead climbing at international competitions.

Among her collections of awards is the 2014 Youth Champion of the Czech Republic and 3rd place for lead climbing at Petzen Climbing. Eliška is adding one award after another.

Climbing successes: Czech Cup Bouldering category U8. 4 victories in 2015. 2015 Czech Cup in Lead Climbing, 2x in 5th place.

The Abalak, a version of the English tricam, is a ROCK EMPIRE passive protection device and among the simplest and most eccentric of anchors. The Abalak can settle into rock fissures that have parallel sides either horizontally or vertically. Abalak is well suited to small holes and fissures and, often, it is the only stopper that will work in such situations.

8 sizes of standard wedge-shaped stoppers provide with Granite a unique combination of passive protection for almost any kind of cracks.

A combination of high-quality materials and a straight or slightly bent shape offer you great gear for protection in various cracks and scars. The slightly bent shape of the stoppers makes their placing easy and safe. These stoppers are manufactured from aluminium alloy in nine sizes.
