While this is a thorough representation of the materials that are offered through Rock Paper Sisters, we are happy to discuss other options that may not be listed in the guide. Rock Paper Sisters, LLC was founded in 2012 with the intention of bringing quality, handmade invitations and stationery to the public.

With a dream of creating unique products, twin sisters Megan and Lindsay began their business by creating their own wedding stationery, starting in 2008. In 2012 they created Rock Paper Sisters, launching their business to allow all brides, event planners, and stationery lovers access to the quality products that they deserve.

Rock Paper Sisters takes great pride in the products that they produce and use quality papers and supplies to create only the best stationery. An invitation, a handwritten letter, or a birth announcement is the “first impression� that you create about yourself or event and we want to help you lay the groundwork for your occasion.

If you can dream it, we can create it! We love to stretch our portfolio by trying new ideas for your occasion.

We love the opportunity to meet with our clients when time, schedules, and distance allow; however, we understand that not everyone has the opportunity to meet face-to-face during this busy time.

Before we begin your design process, we do require a nonrefundable deposit of $300 for custom invitations ($100 for our semi-custom collection) to reserve your design space. We will also get you set up on our client portal to get started with information sharing.

We are happy to conduct the consultation process with our clients via email and/or over the phone.

Here are a few things that we need from you to get started: • Budget • Invitation numbers • Inspiration pieces - send us a link to your Pinterest board if you’d like.

This can include color swatches, photographs, anything!

We can show you examples of our work and the stocks of paper and colors that we use to help you make selections, as well. Following the consultation, we can provide you with a quote to get started.* *Please note that if your selections, quantities, etc. change in the design process that your quote/ invoice can change.

Once your deposit has been received we request that you allow 2 weeks for design. Once your design has been completed we will provide a digital proof for review. During this time we allow up to three rounds of edits (additional edit rounds will be charged at $10 each). This allows the opportunity to change fonts, wording, graphics, etc.

When the design has been finalized and final quantities have been established, you will receive your final invoice.* ​

*Completed invitations will not be delivered until the invoice is paid in full.

Once your digital proofs are approved, production will begin.* Physical proofs of your wedding stationery suite are available at this time, if desired.

• Colors can vary between monitors.

We recommend that you purchase a proof to ensure complete color matches.

Paper samples can be purchased for $10 or complete, watermarked proofs can be purchased for $25.

Please allow 4 weeks or more for final production and assembly of your invitations.

• Envelope addressing is always included on the response envelope.

All invitations will be carefully packaged and mailed via UPS with insurance and tracking information.

Please allow 5 business days for mailing.

• Your choice of solid color envelope liner is included for the wedding suite mailing envelope.

• Wedding stationery is always mailed via UPS with insurance and tracking information. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items once delivered to UPS.

*Rock Paper Sisters will not be responsible for errors discovered after this process. If errors are discovered beyond this point, a discount can be assessed to the client for re-order.

• Orders that fall outside of our recommended timelines are subject to a rush fee.

• All designs are copyrighted and are the property of Rock Paper Sisters.

They are not to be copied or reproduced.

In addition, they will remain in the RPS portfolio upon completion and we reserve the right to use images for print and digital media.

Customizing Guide Your signature look CUSTOM COLORS A VARIET Y OF FINISHES

There are many colors to choose from to complete your wedding stationery look. We offer matte, metallic and wood grain finishes for pocketfolds, invitation mats, embellishments, envelopes and more. If you do not see your exact color, fear not! We have many variations of shades available and can find one that is unique to you.

POCKETFOLDS A VARIET Y OF SIZES

Pocketfolds are a great opportunity to bundle multiple stationery inserts. If you plan to include maps, direction and accommodation information, etc. you might consider bundling these pieces in a pocket. Pocketfolds are available in all of the sizes listed and in many of the colors shown on the previous page.

In addition to these pocket sizes, lasercut folders are available in various sizes and colors.

There are various items that can be added to your invitation suite to customize your look. We offer a variety of materials that can be used including tags, belly bands, monogram seals, ribbon, invitation mats, pattern envelope liners, wax seals, and more.

Do you have an embellishment in mind but do not see it here? No worries! We are able to customize with any embellishment items that you might like. We are happy to discuss your vision in our consultation process.

ENVELOPES A VARIET Y OF OPTIONS

The envelope is the first piece that your guests will see as they open their mailbox. We offer envelopes in a variety of sizes and colors. From matte to metallic, square to Euro-flaps and more, we are able to customize an envelope that matches your stationery vision.

In addition to color and style, we can provide custom addressing and stamps to complete your look.

ADDITIONAL CARDS A VARIE T Y OF INFORMATION

There is lots of information to share when it comes to your big day. Our wedding suites come standard with an invitation and a response card, but we also offer a variety of insert card options to share information with your guests.

In addition to insert cards, it is never too late to start thinking about your day-of stationery. Carry your stationery theme throughout your big day. Our day-of stationery sizes can vary depending on your needs.

Rock Paper Sisters offers a variety of semi-custom invitations that allow clients the opportunity to “make-them-your-own�. Customizing envelope colors and finishing styles (such as letterpress or thermography) allow clients to create a custom look from our semi-custom collection. Order your Save the Date announcements roughly 9 months before your wedding.

Create a custom look with photos and more.

Be sure to include your names, date, and wedding location and allow plenty of time to mail, especially for out-of-town guests.

WEDDING S TATIONERY 7-8 MONTHS

Your wedding stationery sets the tone for your entire day. This lets guests know if they are attending a formal affair or a quaint gathering. Get started as soon as possible on creating your custom look and order your invitations 7-8 months before your wedding.

MAILING WEDDING INVITATIONS 2 MONTHS

We recommend mailing your wedding invitations 2 months prior to your wedding and requesting RSVPs to be returned one month to 2 weeks before the ceremony.

Mailing too soon may cause guests to forget about returning their response cards.

Your day-of stationery is just as important as your Save the Date and wedding invitation suite. We love to create cohesive looks that flow through your entire stationery suite.
